4-day camping/glamping will allow you to camp/glamp for 4 nights from 12pm Thursday 14th of Nov until 10am Monday 18 of November 2019.
All 1-day, 2-day and 3-day campers must only arrive after 10.30am on the first valid day stated on their camping ticket and must depart the campsite by 10am on the day their ticket becomes invalid.
No problem, pack up your camping gear and park your car in the camping / glamping parking area and enjoy the rest of day
Each tent is allowed one car / motorcycle parked beside it.
You will NOT BE ABLE TO DRIVE YOUR CAR / MOTOCYCLE IN AND OUT of the camping area. It’s dangerous & unsafe for all!
If you would like to use your car for the duration of the Festival you must park your car in the camping day parking area. You may only re-enter the campground with your vehicle on the day your camping ticket expires to pack up and leave the site. (For example, if you have a 3-day Friday, Saturday, Sunday ticket you can only re-enter with your vehicle on Monday morning to leave the site by 10:30am)
Only camping ticket holders are allowed to leave their car in the camping car park overnight.
Motorcycles will have a separate camping motorcycle parking area next to the camping area.
No, there is no power to any of the camping grounds. This includes any areas that have large vehicles (caravans and motorhomes) and the glamping areas.
There is are charging stations within the Festival hub.
Yes. Demountable shower blocks are set up for the Festival. They all have warm water, but with any hot water system, it may run out during the day! Please be water wise and shower with a friend…
You can BYO alcohol (within a certain limit) to the camping grounds
Every ADULT ticket holder can bring:
ONE unopened slab/box/carton to a maximum of 30 cans of beer
ONE unopened slab/box/carton of pre-mix spirits to a maximum of 24 cans
4L of wine into the camping grounds, which will allow you to quench your thirst whilst relaxing at your campsite!
The above allowed allocation is for the entire Festival, not one per day!
You can bring the drink of your choice, however there will be a strict NO GLASS policy in place, so make sure whatever you bring is in a can or cask.
Please note: random police &security checks will be occurring throughout the duration of the Festival, including the entry process. So please stick to the limits outlined.
Please be aware of this policy and show respect to other Festival patrons. The quiet and order of the Festival campground and its neighbourhood will be maintained. No loud and raucous parties will be allowed in the camping area. Breach of this condition will result in eviction without refund. After all, everyone needs a good night’s sleep, so all that the Festival has to offer can be really enjoyed.
The Festival has something going on from 9:30am Friday, Saturday and Sunday, so check out the Festival program. Music finishes around 12pm each night. People will be asked to leave not long after.
On Thursday, November 14, the campgrounds are open for campers & glampers only. The Festival hub will not be open Thursday.
Gas burners are allowed for cooking and BBQs. No open fires.
The Freak Show Festival of Motorcycles campground is set up for Festival patrons with the idea that you will be in the Festival most of the time and will be in the campground to rest or sleep. We sell camping tickets per person and not per site.
You are given enough room to pitch your tent and park your car.
A reasonable size tent for 2 people would be a 4-man tent. You probably will not have enough room to set up a gazebo or other structure.
If you are bringing anything towed to camp with (trailer/camper trailer/caravan), or if you are bringing a camper van/motor home that is longer than 6 meters, please see the section on large vehicles.
Yes. Anything towed (caravan, camper trailer or trailer) or over 6 meters in length (campervan or motor home) requires you to purchase a ticket for your vehicle for the days you are camping.

Our camp ground at The Freak Show Festival does not have the facilities for caravans and motorhomes that a caravan park has.
There are no sullage disposal facilities onsite. If you have sullage storage tanks you must wait until you leave the site for disposal.
Please be aware of your close neighbours and the environment when disposing of water. Camping vehicles must not have wastewater running onto the ground.
Yes. Our parking and camping spaces are limited. So first in gets the allocation of available space.
If you are planning on bringing a large vehicle over 6 meters, or anything towed, you will need to purchase an additional ticket for this vehicle (once you already have your festival and camping tickets).
